When you make a booking we collect: full name, email address, phone number, travel dates, delivery location, vehicle preferences, and any notes you provide. We also collect technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via Google Analytics when you consent.
We process your data to: (a) provide car hire services — contractual necessity; (b) send booking confirmations — legitimate interest; (c) analyse website usage — consent (Google Analytics). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Booking data is retained for 5 years for tax and legal compliance. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default). You may request deletion at any time.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact hola@mallorcauto.com to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Spanish DPA (AEPD).
We share data with: Google Analytics (analytics — EU-US data transfer under Standard Contractual Clauses). No other third parties receive your personal data.
